How to treat abdominal pain accompanied by diarrhea?

Hi doctor,

I have been having abdominal pain for the past three days, along with vomiting and loose motion. I cannot digest anything. I went to the doctor as well he gave me medicines like Novidat 500 mg (milligrams), along with No Spa, Flagyl, and Motilium syrup. I am taking these medicines but still, there is no recovery. And the other problem is when I take any medicine, I feel pain in my teeth, my jaw, and my chest. I feel so irritated.
