Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I got my genital warts removed a few months ago. I am attaching the recent pictures. Is it just a scar or a recurrence of warts? I am scared and confused. Kindly help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern and would be happy to help. I have seen the attached pictures (attachments removed to protect patient's identity). It looks like a scar and is not a recurrence. Keep observing the warts to see if they increase in size or change shape. I suggest you use Zinc tablets for a month, as they would increase your viral immunity and reduce the chances of recurrence. There is nothing to worry about. I hope this helps. Do revert in case of further queries. Thanks and regards.
