Patient's Query

Hi,

I love long hair, but unfortunately, I have very short hair only. Even if I leave it to grow a bit longer, my hair gets split ends, so I end up cutting my hair. But the fact is that my mom had very long hair at a young age, and even during her adulthood, she had pretty long hair. My sister also has long hair, and I am the only one left in my family with short hair. Does genetics play a role in hair growth? Why am I not having long hair? Are there any multivitamins that can help my hair to grow longer?

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com. I understand your concern. I have a few suggestions for you. You must eat a high-protein natural diet. You may take one capsule of Follihair (Biotin, Iron, l-cysteine, Manganese, Copper, Selenium, L-lysine, Zinc, DL-methionine, Calcium Pantothenate, Niacinamide) daily at night. Apply Minoxidil 5 % 1 mL solution two times daily on the hair root. You may also plan for platelet-rich plasma therapy for hair fall. Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
