Hello doctor,

I developed a few cysts on my scalp a few days ago. The center one is a little large in size, surrounded by small ones. They are very painful and sore.

1) Take a capsule of Amoxicillin (Penicillin antibiotic) 500 milligrams twice daily for seven days.

2) Take a tablet of Paracetamol (analgesic) 400 milligrams twice daily.

3) Apply Fusidic acid (antibiotic) cream twice daily for seven days.
