Hello doctor,
I feel pressure at both the temples of my head. I am taking tablets Betacap TR 40 and Mecobalin but did not notice any relief. Please help.

1. Since when you started to have this problem?
2. In which part of head you have most headache? Is it mostly on left temple?
3. What kind of headache is it - heaviness/ throbbing/ bursting/stretching type or other?
4. How long one episode of headache lasts usually and how frequent are these headaches? Does it occur once daily or for many times in a day?
5. Do you have associated nausea/ vomiting during headache?
6. Do you have any fever, redness of eyes, watering from eyes?
7. How is your vision?
8. How is your sleep?
9. How is your mood in day to day activity?
10. Since when are you taking Betacap (propanolol) TR 40 mg? Are you taking it once daily or twice daily?
11. What are the triggering factors that exaggerates your headaches?
