Hello doctor,
My symptoms are headaches and loss of sensation on the right side forehead and from the right side temple up until the hairline. Please review my MRI reports.
Kindly help.
Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
Thank you for your query.
I understand your concern and reviewed your MRI report. I cannot distinguish anything abnormal in your brain MRI except for some hypertrophic nasal conchae. Do you have any running nose lately? There is no sign of stroke, brain tumor, infection, or demyelinating disease. So, relax and do not worry about it. But what is the radiologist's interpretation? Could you please upload it so that I can explain it to you? I am a neurologist, and our interpretations of brain MRI images are not as exact as those of radiologists.
I hope this has helped you. Thank you.
Hello doctor,
Can you see any nerves? If so, are they being pinched or pressed?
Hello,
Welcome back to icliniq.com.
There are no signs of pinched cranial nerves. The trigeminal nerve is responsible for the sensation in this region, but there is no sign of damage or compression of this nerve. The optic nerve can be seen too. Again, there are no signs of facial or lower cranial nerve compression.
I hope this has helped you. Thank you.
