Hi doctor,
I had a body-to-body massage, where we were initially in our undergarments, and we rubbed against each other during the massage. Then, the masseuse was still in her undergarment while I became naked. During the massage, she came on to me for a minute. I have doubts if my penis was erected and had precum. If it touched her undergarment, is there any chance that I could be HIV infected? I do not know her HIV status. There was no sex, kissing, or intentional rubbing against her undergarment. Later, she washed her hands with soap and gave a handjob. This is my first and last exposure to such.
1. Can there be a risk of HIV with the above-explained exposure without any sex or kiss? Can I ignore this, or do I need to test? I can not keep this off my mind.
2. If the towel that was used to clean my penis was used for a previous customer, maybe 30 minutes before, has his sperm, does that cause an infection?

The transmission of HIV (Human immunodeficiency virus) is through blood and body fluids, like semen. In your situation, a transmission through underwear is unlikely. So do not worry. The virus outside the body dies very soon with air and light exposure.
For the second question, about the towel, if it is dried, it will not cause transmission of HIV. Even otherwise, the chances of transmission are less.
