Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Hormonal imbalance is a condition in which the female hormones that are estrogen and progesterone are not discharged in the regular amount and are then controlled by the pituitary gland, which is the small gland in the brain that controls this hormone release by its own releasing home so you can see that if there is a condition like a polycystic ovary in which multiples cyst form in the ovary which could lead to decrease in the release of estrogen hormones which in turn can cause hormone imbalance. Similarly, if there is a progesterone deficiency, it can cause pregnancy loss because these two hormones female hormones are concerned with not only the various cycles but are also important in pregnancy. As far as the diet is concerned, there are certain phyto estrogens that increase or maintain the level of estrogen in the body, like cabbage.

Thank you.
