Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I went through your query and understood your concern. It seems you are suffering from an acute gastric indigestion problem. I suggest you the instructions to divide your meal into parts if you feel hungry, small meals can be taken at frequent intervals, take a tablet of Rabeprazole (antacid) 20 milligrams once daily for a week, take a Probiotic tablet for a week, consume cooked oatmeal to help in soothing the stomach, avoid excess spicy foods, drink more water, take more fruits and juices, avoid a sedentary lifestyle and do active exercises, do an ultrasound of the abdomen if no improvement is seen and rule out diabetes by fasting blood sugar estimation. Kindly consult a specialist doctor, talk with them, and take medicines with their consent. I hope this has helped you. Thanks and regards.
