What could cause high blood pressure, anxiety while driving, headache, fatigue, and stomach issues?

Hello doctor,

I have had the following symptoms for the last two months- High blood pressure, anxiety, especially during driving, headache on the left and back side of the head, fatigue, stomach issues, irritating cramps on different parts of the body, low mood. Currently, I am taking the medicine Eziday (Losartan potassium). I also had this same problem nine months back. Please help.
