Patient's Query
Hi doctor,
My mother is 42 years old and is in depression. One year ago, she consulted a doctor for her body and back pain. He said that her muscles were weak and not go for an X-ray. So she consulted another doctor who said she had an infection in her uterus and needed an operation. So they removed her uterus. Since one year of the surgery, she is having vomiting, body pain, and gastric problems. Now she is worried all the time due to this. Please help me.
Hi,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I understand your query. After removing the uterus, usually, the patients undergo hormonal fluctuations, which leads to a lot of stress, anxiety, depression, and few health issues that are happening to your mom. There are few things she can do to overcome these issues. Keep your house environment positive. Allow your mother to engage in small household works. Have some entertainment like watching a movie with the family. Encourage your mom to practice yoga, meditation, gentle walking, and take nutritious food. Taking flavonoids containing food items like green tea reduces stress and improves overall health. Encourage your mother to take warm milk with honey at bedtime. Avoid spicy food items. She can take multivitamin tablets like tablet Zincovit once daily in the morning after food for 30 days. She will be normal soon. Do not worry. Take care.
