Is it normal to develop a red, wave-shaped thickness on the skin after a mosquito bite?

Hello doctor,
I received what I think are mosquito bites during the night a few days ago. I scratched these and they seemed to get quite infected. One is now almost fully healed, and two others are well on their way. But there is something else that formed on the skin, apart from the bite. It is a red wave-shaped line in one of the pictures. If I touch this line, it feels thicker than the skin. Last year I had to be admitted to the hospital because my arm swelled up from infection after a similar bite. Should I be worried?

It is looking like paederus dermatitis (a kind of insect bite reaction). The line of redness is nothing but the reaction of the skin to body fluid in insects. If you do not have any fever, body pains, or any symptoms of infection it will be resolved completely within two weeks. You can use Momate F (Mometasone and Fusidic acid) cream for local application twice daily for two weeks.
