Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am 32 years old. I am a patient with repeated episodes of iron deficiency anemia due to submucosal fibroids. Yesterday, I felt so different as I was tired, had difficulty in breathing, and weak. So I went to buy Feroglobin B12 (liquid iron). Today, I woke up with a swollen face, and the area around my eyelids was swollen and puffy. What is the cause of having a swollen face? After some time, my face came back to normal. Will Feroglobin B12 help me? If it helps, kindly mention its dosage.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

You have not mentioned your hemoglobin levels. Having very low hemoglobin levels cause these symptoms. You can take Feroglobin B12 (Iron and Folic acid) five milliliters after lunch and dinner in thirty milliliters of water. You need to drink some more water after taking Feroglobin B12. You can take Albendazole 400 mg one tablet at night. Try to eat two boiled eggs daily. They are essential for blood formation. You need to do Hb (hemoglobin test), urine analysis showing albumin, sugar, and consult me with the results.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
