What are the possible causes of itching under the foreskin?

I am 31 years old. A few weeks back, it started to itch under my foreskin. I visited the nearby family doctor, who checked my blood sugar level, which was fine. He then suggested L-Cin OZ, Zocon 150, and Candiderma cream. I went ahead with his recommendation and took L-Cin OZ and Zocon 150, but avoided Candiderma since it has steroids. Things improved significantly after that, and I would say that 90 percent of the itching went away. Also, from the information I could fetch from the internet, I have cleaned the foreskin with warm water and applied coconut oil. But it appeared again.

I see one spot on the glans, just over the frenulum area. The skin color is a bit redder and seems inflamed. It causes pin-like pain and itching occasionally. So, I decided to visit a urologist, and he checked me physically and prescribed Lobate-GM, Zifi 200, and Forcan for seven days. This time, I followed everything as he suggested.

All was well for six days, but on the seventh day, the redness and occasional pin-like pain came back. I am tired of eating antibiotics and fungal medicines. Please help me with the right medicine course to live a stress-free life.

There is no history of intercourse. My mother has a skin problem, but it is not contagious. Symptoms started with itching four weeks back, but now the itching has gone, and occasional pin-like pain is there, especially when the penis is not flaccid. Besides this, I play football, so I took the medication Chymomerg for hip muscle injury.
