Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I have several spots on my penis from my childhood. Sometimes, when I masturbate few times in a day it gets rip and start to hurt. As I am going to be married soon, I would like to get rid of these first.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Before giving you a solution, I would like to get answer for the following questions.

  1. Do you have itching there? Are they increasing in numbers?
  2. Do you have any other site affected?
  3. Have you experienced any white lacy lesion in mouth?

Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

Thank you for the reply.

No, there is no itching. There are only these which are in the picture. They are not increasing. They are as it is since my childhood. I would like to tell you one more thing that I am a virgin. So, I do not know what would happen on the special night. Please help me to get rid of these spots.

Hi,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

I have checked the photographs (attachment removed to protect patient identity). The morphology is going in favor of three diseases. They are papular lichen planus of glans, Bowenoid papulosis and lichen simplex chronicus of glans. Since it is present from childhood, we cannot rule out any kind of developmental growth. An exact diagnosis can only be made on biopsy. If there is no complaint and not increasing in number then you need not have to worry as it will not interfere with sexual act.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
