Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I can understand your concern about the skin lesion. It is a condition called lichen planus and it will take a few months to subside. The treatment you are taking is good. Apply Clonate (Clobetasol propionate) cream twice daily on every rash. Are you still taking Predmet? If not we can consider about taking oral steroids again for a short period (Predmet 8 mg twice daily for seven days, then once daily for another seven days and taper further depending on the response). Continue Laveta (Levocetirizine). Lichen planus can occur in the skin, genitalia, mouth, and nails. Usually, takes 18 to 24 months to subside. I would like to get blood work including your count and blood sugar. Follow up in two weeks after starting treatment. Do not take Predmet for longer periods without follow-up.
