Does having unprotected sex without ejaculation cause pregnancy?

Hello doctor,

I am a 22-year-old, female and my boyfriend and I had sex after two years. He did not discharge in my vagina but I am very worried I missed my periods. Usually, my periods come to a specific date every month with a little bit of variation but this month I missed them. I cannot take pregnancy tests or take any abortion pills. How to check that am I am pregnant or not? He did not ejaculate in my vagina but due to my fatigue, I think I am at an early stage of pregnancy. No other signs are visible. I never ever skipped my periods. Kindly suggest.

As per your description these symptoms could be due to hormonal imbalance but it could be due to pregnancy also( though the chances are very very low) But as you missed your period it could be an anovulatory cycle( due to hormonal changes) or due to pregnancy ( if precum contain sperm) You should go for home urine pregnancy test after 7days of your missed period date or blood beta hcg testing to rule out pregnancy right now. If pregnancy is not there it could be due to hormonal imbalance and you can wait and watch for your menses or can take progesterone for withdrawal bleeding.
