What are the ways to get rid of moles?

This Premium Q&A, reviewed and published, features a real conversation between an iCliniq user and a physician.

Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

Is the mole in these images suspicious? One photo was of the same mole two years ago, and the other picture is of today.

Thanks.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern. Thank you for the query.

I have reviewed your reports (attachments removed to protect the patient's identity). It is good that you are observing the mole. The mole size is almost the same, and there is no change in color, asymmetry, or border of the lesion. It may not appear suspicious now. Please continue to observe it. You can consult your doctor for further examination and management if there is any change in color or border of lesion or size. You can consult your dermatologist for further examination and control if you desire. It can be removed for cosmetic purposes and sent for biopsy for confirmation.

I hope this information will help. Thanks.
