Hi doctor,
I have been overthinking and talking negatively for four to five months since it started. As a result, I cannot sleep properly, constantly doubt one person, and suddenly get angry and emotional. Currently I am taking Metformin 500 mg for diabetes and Glimepiride for blood pressure.
Please advise.
Hi,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
You are suffering from some stress for the past four to five months. If there is a change in your behavior with all the symptoms as you have mentioned above for the past four to five months, there is a possibility of a mood disorder. There is a need to explore things in more detail. If sleep disturbance is the problem, I suggest you take a tablet of Clonazepam 0.5 mg at night. In addition, please get thyroid levels, vitamin B12 levels, and blood sugar levels tested. Consult a specialist doctor, discuss with them, and take medication with their consent.
Please follow up for further assistance.
Thank you.
