Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I masturbated for about ten years. I am married now and do not reach orgasm during sex, while I do not have a problem with masturbation. This has made me tired and I am also upset that I cannot have a successful sex relationship with my partner because of my masturbation. How can I solve this mental or physical problem? Kindly help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your query and can understand your concern.

Do not worry. I suggest the following.

  1. Please avoid all sexual activities, including masturbation, for a few weeks to rejuvenate your urogenital system.
  2. Do perineal and pelvic exercises regularly.
  3. Go for walks regularly.
  4. Do meditation regularly before sleep.
  5. Use lubricants during intercourse always.
  6. Spend more time in foreplay.

I hope this helps.

Thank you and take care.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
