Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am 20 years old and I have problems with orgasm. I have tried alone multiple times and have been with my partner for five years now, but I have never been able to achieve orgasm. I find this slightly upsetting and frustrating, as if I am doing something wrong. Currently, I am taking birth control pills. Kindly help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your query and can understand your concern.

This is a common problem in those who do not have an emotional attachment to their partner. Those females who only limit themselves to legally married husbands are more satisfied, feel more pleasure and achieve orgasm. Those who have multiple partners or non-husband partners, like a boyfriend, are not satisfied, have more stress and depression, and so the orgasm chances decrease. Physically and mentally healthy and relaxed females are emotionally attached to their husbands and can have multiple orgasms per session.

A few tips that can help include the following.

1. Avoid alcohol and smoking.

2. Sleep well.

3. Do regular exercise to relieve stress.

4. Limit yourself to a legally married partner.

I hope this helps.

Thanks and take care.
