Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
I am a 20-year-old female. Whenever I see anything I keep on thinking about it over and over. I do not know why I am afraid. I overthink a lot. I also feel like eating raw rice.
Kindly help.
Thank you.
Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
Thank you for taking help from a psychiatrist. I can understand your situation but you have not mentioned enough details to help me to diagnose your illness. You may have obsessive thought disorder. If it is in severe form then you need to start medication like a capsule of Fluoxetine 20 mg daily in the morning after breakfast it will stop your overthinking. Take the medicine after your doctor's consent.
I hope this helps.
Kindly revert with further queries.
Thank you.
