Hi doctor,

My penis does not stay straight for a longer period, and also my libido has reduced significantly. It has been over a year since I got married, but I was not able to do intercourse. What could be the issue?

When you are finding it difficult to penetrate, then you are losing the erection in anticipation. I would suggest you to use good lubrication during sex.
