Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

Can stretching the corners of lips to see the pre-molar and molar teeth permanently stretch the corner of lips? To be more precise, I used to do this without applying too much force. Because my mouth is small, I applied the required force to show my molar and pre-molar teeth to my mother. I had done it many times because earlier, I had a phobia of frequently looking at my teeth, approximately five to six times a day, for five months. And in all that time, some days were off looking at my teeth five to six times a day, and some were not, but now I am alright. Please answer in detail. I am depressed about it. And in a dilemma about whether it would have caused my mouth to widen permanently?

Thank you.
