Hi,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
You have piles with clotted blood inside. The blood clot is the cause for pain. You need to do a sitz bath three times a day. Sit in warm water in the basin for 10 minutes. Avoid constipation and hard stools. Have two to three liters of water daily. Avoid constipating foods like baked ones and cheese.
Take 20 ml of Cremaffin syrup (sodium picosulfate and milk of magnesia) twice daily to make stools soft. Once it gets soft, you can use it once a day. Stop it if you experience loose stools. Use Cremagel cream to apply near the painful area. Revert after three days.
