Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am a 23-year-old male of height 6 feet and 145 pounds. I have been suffering from mouth ulcers for six years. I did not take that seriously, as few medicines were sufficient for temporary relief. For seven months, I have been going through some rigid working schedules as I am a student and have to do everyday traveling for 80 km. In the meantime, I have lost weight. I have weaknesses and became a low concentrator also. Moreover, I have been suffering from piles for two months, which is a major setback to my confidence. Please suggest me fast effective prescription for piles and weakness.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

I suggest the following:

1. Long-standing mouth ulcer needs a dental examination and upper GI (gastrointestinal) endoscopy.

2. Weight loss needs blood investigation CBC (complete blood count), ESR (erythrocyte sedimentation rate), LFT (liver function test), and USG (ultrasonography) abdomen.

3. Loose stools and piles need a colonoscopy.

Only with these investigations the definitive solution can be planned.

Thanks and regards.
