Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I think I am crazy and depressed, and unhappy. I am young and have a baby. Everything seems perfect, but I still feel negative and overthink a lot.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

I understand your situation perfectly, but you have given a very short briefing about yourself. How old is your child, and since when do you have this feeling? Is it after your child's birth, or is it from before? How is your sleep? Are you able to sleep, and if so, how long do you sleep? Tell me the time duration then only I can help you to come out of your state. Kindly send me a detailed briefing about yourself regarding what you feel like, and when you have this, I will surely help you, but with incomplete data, it becomes very difficult to suggest anything. From your description, I can only conclude that you probably have a depressive episode, but without knowing the facts, I can not even be sure about that. Kindly brief me more about your situation so that I can help you. What you are experiencing is a transient phase of life that will go away if you are ready to take help. It is like the sunset phase of your life, and I am sure you will soon see the sunrise.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
