Patient's Query
Hi doctor,
I am a 20 year old female. I had my last period two months back, and since then, I only had little spotting last month. I am facing a bad phase due to horrible mood swings. Please help.

Patient's Query
Hi doctor,
Thank you for replying. I do not think there are chances of pregnancy as I got my periods after the last sexual intercourse. I am not even on a diet. But yes, I am totally under stress. I cry often and feel low. But, I thought it is because of hormonal changes. I get irritated soon, and I get angry even on small matters. I do not have any thyroid problem or anything. I just get migraines sometimes. What should I do? Please help me out.
Hi,
Welcome back to icliniq.com. It is nice to hear from you again. If you are using painkillers for headaches or migraines, it can alter your menstrual cycle. Let me share a local remedy with you. Take four pieces of each, clove, black pepper, cardamom, cinnamon, and fennel seeds, then boil it. Put one tablespoon of honey in it. Drink this for three days and let me know if you get your periods. For mood swings, I suggest doing yoga or early morning walk. Are you sure you want to use antidepressant medication that helps with the mood around periods? Thank you.
