Precancerous Lesion

A precancerous lesion is a condition of having a collection of cells in the body organs that may appear the same as cancer cells. But these do not have similar properties to cancer cells. The common precancerous lesions are oral leukoplakia, oral submucous fibrosis, and erythroplakia.
