Hi doctor,
My last period was a month ago. My period cycle has been regular for the last four months, and it has been for up to 27 days. But, this month, till now, my period has not come. Also, I am married, and we had sex on the first ovulation day itself. I have not yet felt any symptoms of pregnancy. Am I pregnant?

Do not worry. I am here to take care of you. Regarding your symptoms, I believe you have a hormonal imbalance that affected your period and ovulation. I suggest you do a hormone profile test and pregnancy test and follow up with the results. Meanwhile, kindly take a tablet of Letrozole 3.5 oz orally every day and let your spouse take a tablet containing an extract of Asparagus racemosus, Tribulus Terrestris, Tinospora cordifolia, Semecarpus anacardium 0.01 oz thrice a day and try another sexual intercourse.
