Patient's Query
Hi doctor,
I am a 25-year-old bisexual male. I am not taking any medication, and I have no health problems. I am fit and exercise regularly. I am experiencing premature ejaculation. When my partner and I engage in anal sex, almost as soon as he is inside me, I ejaculate. Occasionally I can last a few thrusts, but I will always finish within seconds once he is in. He is normal in penis length and large in circumference. I am not touching myself when this happens and am sometimes not even fully erect. I honestly have no idea what is causing this. Knowing I have already done, it takes away from the rest of the session for both of us. I have been with women and never have. I read somewhere that there is a correlation between a smaller penis and a tendency toward premature ejaculation. Please help.
Thanks.
Hi,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I understand your concern.
First of all, I want to clarify that there is no correlation between the size of genital organs with premature ejaculation. Premature ejaculation has many reasons for anxiety and excessive excitation. Some medical conditions like diabetes are common reasons. But it is easily treatable with counseling and medications like Tadalafil. More than half of premature ejaculation patients its temporary and get cured with time. I suggest you take Tadalafil for a month after consultation with your local doctor to rule out any risk profile. Consult your specialist doctor, take to them, and take medications with their consent.
I hope this information will help you.
Thanks.
