Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
I have been having early ejaculation. Ejaculation always or almost always occurs within one to three minutes of penetration. I cannot delay ejaculation during sexual activity most or all of the time.
Please help me.
Thank you.
Hello,
Welcome to iCliniq.com.
I can understand your concern.
The symptoms you describe are consistent with premature ejaculation, which is a very common and treatable condition. In many men, ejaculating within one to three minutes consistently and having difficulty delaying ejaculation can occur due to increased sensitivity, anxiety, stress, or conditioning patterns that develop over time.
Because of this, the condition can sometimes affect confidence and sexual satisfaction, but with proper guidance and treatment, improvement is possible.
In addition to understanding the causes, it is also important to focus on practical methods that may help improve control naturally. A few non-medication methods that can help you are:
These approaches may gradually improve ejaculation control when practiced regularly and patiently over time.
Furthermore, for some individuals, medication can also provide temporary support when needed. Tablet Dapoxetine 30 mg (milligrams), taken about one hour before intercourse, can temporarily help improve ejaculation control in many men.
But then again, it must be taken only under the supervision of a doctor, especially if one has any kind of heart-related issues, dizziness, depression, or other kinds of health issues. Also, make sure that you do not consume alcohol while consuming it.
Do you also experience erection problems, or is the issue mainly early ejaculation only?
Kindly revert with the answers. Also, take the medication with the consent of your physician.
I hope you find this helpful.
Thank you.
