Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I have gone through your history and understand your concerns. You are suffering from premenstrual syndrome. You have to change your lifestyle and diet. I suggest you taking M2 tone syrup (hormone balance syrup) for the same.

Regards.

Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

Thank you for the reply.

I will definitely change my lifestyle. Please suggest me what exactly should I avoid? I get this problem more often when I drink caffeine.

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

During PMS, you should avoid carbohydrate diet. Take a high-protein diet. Eat lots of vegetables and fruits. Drink a lot of water. Do some exercise and walk.

Regards.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
