Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your query and understood your concern.

I have reviewed your record (attachment removed to protect the patient's identity), and I see that you have mild lipid elevation, according to your doctor’s report, and there is also a family history of premature coronary artery disease. Other than this, there are no risk factors, and your doctor has advised you to take Atorvastatin.

You have no symptoms suggestive of any cardiovascular illness, and you are in good clinical condition. Your baseline ECG (electrocardiogram) and exercise stress test are within normal limits, and therefore, your chances of having coronary artery disease are very low.

Similarly, your echocardiogram is also normal. There is no evidence of cardiac dysfunction, no evidence of wall motion abnormalities suggestive of coronary artery disease, and no evidence of any valvular or congenital pathology.

All the above details are very satisfactory and make coronary or ischemic heart disease a very unlikely possibility. I would suggest maintaining a very healthy lifestyle and following up with your primary health care provider as needed.

I hope that this answers your query.

Kindly follow up if you have more doubts.

Thank you.
