My one eye is smaller than the other. Do I need a surgery?

Although your right eyeball is not small, due to the drooping, it gives us a false impression that it is small. The main problem is in the eyelid. It is a benign condition and apart from cosmesis, has no relevance to the function of the eye. Does your eyelid drooping remain constant or does it vary depending on the time of day? If yours is a variable ptosis, you will need to be tested and treated for muscle disorders.
