Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I have a severe toothache. I do not eat garlic or anything like that. I brushed my teeth and gargled with salt water. I used tooth numbing gel but did not get relief. I have school tomorrow, and I could not go to sleep at all. If I try to sleep, the tooth will ache even more badly. Earlier in the day, my mom told me I had cavities and I couldnt get to the dentist today. It hurts, and I am about to cry.

Please help me.

Thank you.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Your pain is due to carious teeth. You have developed acute pulpitis, and you will have sleepless nights.

I suggest you take up following medications and you will get relieved.

  1. Tablet Amoxycillin 500 milligrams two times for five days.
  2. Tablet Ketorolac 10 milligrams SOS. Place it on the tooth. It will relieve you immediately.
  3. Tablet Paracetamol two times for five days.

This is not a final treatment. You must visit a nearby dentist to correct carious teeth after five days.

Preventive measures:

  • Do not take hot liquids, coffee, tea, and very cold drinks like coke.
  • Rinse mouth after eating food.
  • Do not use sugar-rich drinks.
  • Do not break hard objects with your teeth.
  • I hope you will relieve definitely by following my protocol.

Thank you.
