Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

Based on your age, pattern of hair loss, and the visible recession of the front hairline in the attached picture, this is most consistent with androgenetic alopecia (male pattern hair loss). In this condition, hair follicles in the frontal and temporal scalp become genetically sensitive to dihydrotestosterone (DHT), which leads to gradual thinning, shortening of the hair growth cycle, and eventual miniaturization of hairs. At 30 years of age, this process is common and does not indicate any serious underlying illness.

The good news is that hair at the frontal hairline can often be stabilized and partially regrown, especially if treatment is started early, before complete follicular loss occurs. Management focuses on slowing progression and strengthening miniaturized hairs.

I will outline a realistic, evidence-based treatment plan, keeping your age, hormonal status, and stage 3 pattern in mind.

For treatment, you can start Minoxidil two percent spray (available as Onto Forte). Apply it twice daily to a dry scalp. Use five puffs of the spray and gently spread it with your fingertips, avoiding washing your hair for at least four hours afterward. Some initial shedding during the first few weeks is normal and temporary. Along with this, use a Ketoconazole zinc shampoo about twice per week, leaving it on the scalp for three to five minutes before rinsing. This helps reduce dandruff, inflammation, and scalp conditions that can worsen hair fall.

Also, take a once-daily multivitamin, which contains biotin, zinc, and essential micronutrients. Supplements help support hair health if there is an underlying deficiency, but they work best when combined with proper topical treatment and good nutrition.

Try to maintain a healthy routine by getting adequate sleep, managing stress, eating enough protein, and avoiding excessive styling, heat, or frequent oiling. Avoid experimenting with multiple home remedies or harsh products, as these can worsen scalp sensitivity.

You may start to see visible hair growth in three to six months.

You can also consider PRP (platelet-rich protein) with your local dermatologist once a month for three months to help accelerate the results.

I hope this has helped you.

Please feel free to reach out to me again for further queries.

Thank you.
