Can a penis extender help increase the size of my penis?

I want to increase the size of my penis, and I bought a penis extender. I am also considering penis thickening injections, but since I have a buried penis problem (my penis retracts inward when not erect), I am hesitant about it.

Do penis extenders actually work?
If I use it with discipline and correctly, can it really affect the length?
If I use the extender, will the retraction issue be resolved?
Even if it does not, is penis thickening treatment still possible in the case of a buried penis?
