Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

Thank you so much.

I have attached some other files too.

Thanks.

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

I have reviewed your CT (computed tomography) scan, and it shows what has been mentioned as a linear fracture of the frontal sinus with concomitant hemorrhage. This is just fine and will resolve in time. It is normal to feel the pain most of the time. Still, taking your medication religiously without fail is warranted to keep the potency of the drug, especially Nimesulide. You can shift this medication to Etoricoxib 120 mg tablet once daily to keep the effect long-lasting for 24 hours. This should do you well until the pain goes away. Also, add Drixine (Oxymetazoline hydrochloride) spray or Salinase (Sodium chloride) sprays to de-clog your nose. Your CT scan looks perfect, and no operation is needed. Consult your specialist doctor, discuss with them, and take medications with their consent.

I hope this information will help you.

Thank you.
