Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I have abrasions and infections on the skin below the knee. They are itchy and some are infected. My feet are swollen, sore, and hot to touch. I also have been getting plantar warts and this all started when I started smoking weed with Grabba leaves (pure tobacco). I am not sure what is the reason. I also have not received my period for two to three months and took pregnancy tests and all were negative. If I scratch my skin a new infection is made.

Please help.

Thank you.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

It seems to be due to a lack of proper treatment. Clean it with Hydrogen Peroxide. Apply Betadine cream locally twice a day and put a sterile bandage on it.

  1. Take a tablet of Pan 40 (Pantoprazole) every day on an empty stomach.
  2. Take one tablet of Chymoral Forte (enzymes Trypsin-Chymotrypsin) twice a day.
  3. Take one tablet of Clavam 625 (Amoxicillin and Clavulanic acid) twice a day.
  4. Take one tablet of Bilastin daily. You can take the medications for five days. Consult your specialist doctor, talk with them, and take medications with their consent.

Avoid weeds, smoking, oily, and spicy foods, and non-vegetarian foods for a few months. Eat salads and fruits more.

Send me a follow-up after five days.

Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
