Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
I am in my 30s and not married, so I am facing pressure from society. Also, all my friends who talk to me mostly come to me when they are sad and feeling low. But, when they are fine or find new friends, they just move away from me and use me as and when needed. My colleagues hate me, and everyone around me is with me because of compulsion, and not by choice. I am unable to sleep until 3 or 4 AM, and some days, I do not even sleep for a minute.
Please help.
Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I can understand your situation and your problem.
You cannot force your friends to be good or like you. Your friends are selfish, and you need to accept it. You can try to find new friends. You must stop expecting anything from anyone otherwise it will hurt you. You cannot change others, but you can change yourself. Work on yourself and your weaknesses. Stop complaining. Enjoy your life. You can take a tablet of Melatonin 3 mg at night for sleep disturbances. I hope this helps you. Let me know if you need any help.
Thank you.
