Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

Last year, I was repeatedly getting infections. I got typhoid, flu, and pneumonia. My concern was exactly nine and a half years ago, and I had tattooing done. Right from that, I have been experiencing everyday troubles. Past five years, I am forgetting everything and have had severe infections on my nails. My doctor said I had a chance of non-HIV CD4 lymphocytopenia, and after seeing my CD4 count, which was always 22 %, 18 %, 14 % and now it is 14 % and 220 in numbers, HIV comes negative every time. ELISA, western blot, and PCR have all been done.

There is no sensation in all over my body, and I have lost 20 kg weight and usually feel discomfort in GIT, and there is also a loss of taste of food.

Please suggest me the treatment.

Hi,

Have you got tested for Hepatitis B and C also? If so, please send the reports.

Patient's Query

Hello,

I have uploaded reports and images.

My symptoms are:

I feel no energy all over my body, even while gulping food. My entire brain feels heavy and exhausted, with absolutely no pain sensation. Even if someone pierces anything, I do not feel pain all over my body. I have been forgetting everything, even dates.

If I lie down on any of my body parts for more than six seconds, I feel dreadful tremors with pain. There is also a dense white cake-like coating formed on the tongue. There is also abdomen discomfort, no taste of food, a strange cough that starts only after sneezing and do not stop, and dandruff pellets with blood marks on the pellets; when I touch my head, the fluid smells so rotten and strange, even nose fluids with a rotten smell. I am also experiencing blurred sight, even if small light falls on my eye.

Nails break, and urine has been dark yellow in color from the past three months, and there is pain after urination.

There is no history of diarrhea or diabetes.

I did not have any physical exposure, but repeatedly, salon cuts happened during my college days. And these problems started three to four years ago. I got a fever and was admitted to the hospital after one week of tattooing.

Please help me with this.

Hi,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern. Your reports are normal from the report or image attached (attachment removed to protect the patient's identity). The symptoms you have could be due to various reasons and not necessarily represent HIV. I suggest you get tested for the following:

1) Thyroid profile.

2) Serum Vitamin D3.

3) HBsAg.

4) Anti HCV.

5) Urine culture sensitivity.

I suggest you increase your water intake and start taking electral (oral rehydration solution) powder (one packet to be dissolved in one liter of filtered water and to be consumed in three to four divided parts in a day) for seven days.

I hope it will help.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
