I understand your concern and pain. They are oral ulcers or papillitis, which might have been caused by consuming extremely spicy foods, acidic soda drink, or can be the side effects of certain medications.

I suggest you to follow the instructions mentioned below.

  1. Rinse your mouth with warm salt water three to four times a day.
  2. Apply topical anesthetic or anti-inflammatory gel on the ulcers.
  3. Avoid hot spicy foods.
  4. Avoid mouthwash containing alcohol.
  5. Drink plenty of water and fresh fruit juices. Kindly consult a specialist, talk with them and take medications with their consent.
