Hello doctor,

I am having constant pain in the upper and lower molars, as well as the root fragments. All of them have been causing constant pain for a week now. I am taking Mefenamic acid (Dolfenal) to ease the pain. Would it be possible to have them extracted as soon as possible? How can I manage this?
