Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I had my last period before unprotected sex on but I consumed an i-pill within hours after sex. My average period cycle’s 26 days. I have still not had periods until now and have no signs like cramps or anything. Is there a possibility that I am pregnant? Should I perform a UPT (urine pregnancy test)? When is the best time to do so?

Kindly help.
