Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I appreciate the confidence that you place in me for your healthcare consultation.

Creamy and thick whitish vaginal discharge is usually caused by yeast infection. The reason why you have not got your period could be due to several other reasons apart from pregnancy like medications, stress (physical or mental), recent changes in activities, and so on. I advise you to wait for at least seven days after the date when you are supposed to get your period and then start with further investigations accordingly.

I hope this helps.

Thank you.

Investigations to be done

I suggest you do an STI (sexually transmitted infection) screening and pelvic ultrasound scan.

Treatment plan

I suggest you use Clotrimazole vaginal pessaries at night for six days.

Regarding follow up

If you have additional information about your recent or previous period, do let me know. Additionally, do follow-up after your ultrasound scan.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
