I have been experiencing vaginal irritation with thick white discharge, and my vagina feels sore. I had vaginal thrush a few days back. I am worried, please help me.

I read your query and can understand your concern. Based on the symptoms, it appears like vaginitis (inflammation of the vagina) due to a fungal infection. I suggest keeping the area dry, drinking plenty of warm water, and a soft diet. In addition, I recommend taking antifungal medications and creams.
