Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I have nausea, stomach pain, gas passing, a fever of 100-102 degree Fahrenheit, and a mild headache. It is been two full days, and it has been like this. I have taken Dolo 650, but it only reduces fever for a few hours. Also, I got a bitter taste while eating due to a fever.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

The symptoms you have described fit into a range of acute viral fever. It will take four to five days to resolve with proper medications. Please take the following medicines:

  1. Tablet Roxid (Rabeprazole) 150 mg twice daily for five days.
  2. Tablet Cyra (Proton pump inhibitors) 20 mg twice daily.
  3. Syrup Mucaine gel (Oxetacaine (10mg/5ml) + Aluminium Hydroxide (0.291gm/5ml) + Milk Of Magnesia (98mg/5ml)) two tablespoons thrice daily for five days.
  4. Tablet Nicip (Nimesulide) plus 100 mg twice daily for three days.

Please take these medicines, and you will feel much.

Thank you and regards.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
