Hi doctor,
I have an issue with the size and shape of my arms. They are very thin around my wrists. I would like to know if there is anything that can enlarge it. I am 59 years old, of good health, weight is about 116 lbs, and height is 5.3 feet. Please help.

I read your query and can understand your concern.
For thin arms, you can go to the gym regularly for enhancing muscle growth. A protein-rich diet should be taken to provide nutrition to muscles. If your thin arm is particularly in one portion then EMG-like (electromyography) investigation can be done for further workup.
