Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I can completely understand your concern and how you feel.

At 19 years old, your weight is within a healthy range for your age and height. You are not overweight. This is a stage of life when your body needs enough food to grow properly, especially to support your brain, bones, and hormones. Eating too little or trying to “get skinny” can lead to fatigue, mood changes, missed periods later on, poor concentration, and slowed growth.

Instead of eating less, the goal should be to eat smarter and more balanced, not to diet. I will suggest a healthy, safe daily eating plan; kindly follow that.

  • For breakfast (never skip), you can have milk or yogurt with fruit, or an egg with whole-grain toast.
  • For lunch, you can take rice, roti, or bread with vegetables, chicken, eggs, beans, or lentils, and a fruit, if available.
  • For snacks, you can take fruit, nuts, yogurt, or a peanut butter sandwich. Avoid chips, soda, and energy drinks.
  • Dinner is similar to lunch, but lighter. You can add more vegetables and less fried food.

Important habits that matter more than dieting are:

  • Drink water instead of sugary drinks.
  • Sleep eight to nine hours per night.
  • Be active for 30 to 60 minutes a day (walking, sports, dancing).
  • Do not skip meals or starve yourself.

If you are feeling unhappy with your body or feel pressure to be thin, those feelings matter. Talking to a parent, school counselor, or doctor is really important. You deserve to be healthy and confident, not hungry.

I hope this answers your questions.

Thank you.
